Our Yoga Fundamentals series will be a great starting point for those new to yoga or simply wanting to refine their practice. 8 weekly sessions will build upon each other and cover the basics of yoga - both pranayama (breath) and asana (poses). Join us at 6:30 pm on Monday evenings starting January 8th - the series will be included in all memberships or packages.
