vigorous and flowing, yet more traditional style of yoga. It
involves synchronizing breath with progressive and continuous
postures, which produces internal heat while detoxifying the body.
Thie vinyasa style of yoga connects the movement of the body with
the breath along with classical yoga poses. Special attention is
placed on deep breathing and individual body alignment. The method
stresses the importance of a daily practice consisting of a set
sequence of movements repeated every class.
