An age-appropriate practice in breathing, poses, motor-skills and mindfulness for little people and their big people. Poses, stories, games, songs, and activities that encourage mindfullness, explore body awareness and engage all of the senses while connecting us to each other.
Targeted to ages 2-4, but younger and older children and siblings are encouraged to come join.
Parents/caregivers are actively participating in class - this is a great bonding time with activities that can be repeated at home later.
