<p>While preparing Chair Yoga classes, the rebel within realized that I love the chair BUT NOT JUST TO SIT, I need to move, to stretch, to bend and even wake up a few muscles along the way. I’m actually having lots of fun with it (I can’t believe I just wrote this). <br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><br />Well, I’m ready and super well prepared to teach a fun, practical, strengthening and relaxing new kinda practice. You will need a yoga mat, a chair (or 2). You may also want to have two yoga blocks, a yoga tie, a larg cushion or pillow and a blanket. <br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We will be using Feet-Up at the studio (we have them on sale 25% off regular price if you'd like one for home). If you prefer sticking with the chair, I would recommend having 2 with good cushioning for some of the asanas. </span></p>
