course if perfect for the beginner or someone looking for

perspective on their current meditation practice.
During our time together you will learn Vipassana meditation
that
includes concrete tools to cultivate a solid practice.
What is Meditation and how is it practiced?
Peter Oliver has received foundational training in
Mindfulness
Based Stress Reduction and he’s a student of the healing
arts and meditation.
