45 minute JUMP and SCULPT. Get your cardio on with this high intensity low impact jumpboard class along with elements that include other props and Pilates movements. Be willing to potentially learn and try new Pilates movements that require lots of balance, core, etc.
THIS CLASS IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CLIENTS WHO REQUIRE MODIFICATIONS, HAVE SEVERE INJURIES, ARE RECOVERING FROM SURGERY, OR ARE NEW TO PILATES. 1.5year + of Pilates experience OR approved by Tamara/Porsche
