<p>Join us at Dragon with Lundy Smith & Kat Dinh. Grab a partner and both will be guided through a full Thai Yoga experience, taking turns being guided to give and receive meaningful touch and assisted stretching. You will practice applying deep, rhythmic compressions using your hands, arms, knees and feet while guiding your partner into yoga-like stretches, gentle movement, rotations, twists and more. A perfect way to connect with each other while enjoying relaxation, unwinding tension, pain relief, flexibility, and balancing energy. We will also breathe deeply, focus on intentional healing, loving kindness and how to give and receive in balance. This is a wonderful way to connect with a loved one or friend, receive amazingly effective touch, feel energized and relaxed all at once! Thai Yoga is done on the floor on mats and blankets while fully clothed. It is suitable for everyone to give and receive as we use leverage and body mechanics to allow for deep, effective body work without too much effort. No experience is necessary! Please wear clothing that allows movement. Wear layers that you can take off if you get warm, and put on during a long savasana at the end. Wear socks. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one).</p>
