As a complete system, Hatha yoga is designed to create harmony in mind, body and spirit, guiding us to our true, radiant self. When we focus only on the body, we are often left with a desire for more, feeling a sense of longing or imbalance. Traditionally, yoga as described in the sutras is much more then the asana we encounter in the western world. In this day long workshop, we will explore the 8-limb path as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Your day will include movement, meditation, mudra and lecture.
