Combining the elements of dance improv prompts, human nature and yoga pranayama, this session will give your body the opportunity to express and speak for itself. Guided by Harper Jewel Harris, this space will be safe for you to move freely, far from any judgement, allowing you access to your body's natural pathways. We will be giving the spotlight to our body's voice and quieting the conditioned mind that puts fear in between you and the freedom of movement.
