Saturday Self-care
This class is designed to create a space to slow
down, check in, and reconnect the body with the mind. A combination
of pranayama, asana, and meditation will be used to dissolve stress
and reinvigorate the body. This is an opportunity to disconnect
from the outer world, deepen your self-care practice, and explore
the marriage between breath and movement. We will also explore the
use of props and restoration practices as well as things we can
incorporate off the mat to be kinder to our bodies.
