<p>In this class, expect a lot of instruction centered around alignment and coordinating movement with the breath. Learn how to adjust a posture (modify) according to your own body. We will show you how props can be a tool to allow you to find the right alignment and meet your body where it is and not the other way around. Props are not a crutch, but rather a tool that may one day no longer be needed. Yoga is about longevity, stress relief, increased strength & flexibility and most importantly a continuous practice.</p>
<p>If you have had injuries or surgeries in the past and/or most recently, please check with your doctor to make sure you are cleared to start a yoga practice. Namaste</p>
