Level II classes will move more deeply into increasingly
challenging poses, backbends, splits and aerial strength poses
which will require flexibility, strength and body awareness. While
assists will be given in this class, students should be able to
invert comfortably and require no aid in successfully completing
handstands, “diaper wraps” and "flying bat''/shoulderstand.
Every class ends with a 15 minute savasana where you’ll be cocooned in your hammock, suspended in air, fully supported and surrounded by soothing music.

Class Prerequisites: Students should have taken a minimum of 5 Beginner classes (or have permission of the instructor), be very comfortable with inversions and require no assistance for the above moves. 3-6 months consistent yoga practice is recommended before taking this class. New participants registering for this class without prior approval, will be cancelled.
