Postures are held passively for several minutes in order to release tension to allow the joints to move through their full range. Designed to push stagnant blood and lymph out of stuck places by moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the entire body bringing restoration, healing and rejuvenation! Even in our non-heated classes the room is not cold to help prevent injury and to encourage the body to open and release!</p>
