<p>Wake up and move into some solid strength based moves to begin your weekend. A significantly slower pace than our regular Manic Training workouts, the Weekend Lift is a series of strength based exercises targeting particular muscle groupings each workout. </p>
<p>On Saturay at 7am, leave the cardio behind and come in for the Weekend Lift! A more traditional gym pace of work, yet combined with some of the unique moves that Manic is sometimes known for. </p>
