In this 90min Myofascial Release
Yoga class we will use various props (Foam roller, tennis balls,
blankets, and blocks) to release tension and tightness in the
muscles and connective tissue in the body known as fascia to invite
greater ease and openness on both the physical and energetic
levels. We will explore various yoga poses before and after certain
releases to experience the affects.
