<p>Small Group Training offers Personalized Training in an affordable group session, along with benefitting from the energy of a group. Arlene (certified Personal Trainer) will provide a wide range of strength exercises, with dumbbells, stability balls, bands, and ropes. Posture and stabilization exercises will also be incorporated with bursts of cardio. Focus will be on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination. Consider this a Personal Training session with your friends! </p>

<p>This is an online class. You will also receive access to a library containing the recordings of the classes in this session.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span class="Apple-converted-space"><br /></span><strong>You will need a yoga mat</strong>.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>There are 12 classes in the Spring session.</p>
<p><strong>Early Bird pricing is offered until midnight March 9, 2022.</strong> All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the lower price. <strong>All payments must be received prior to the class start date</strong>. IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER, PLEASE ENSURE TO ADD THE 13% HST TO THE CLASS PRICE. THANK YOU</p>
