Athletes can focus on a specific movement or lift, practice some agility drills, come in to complete the workout of the day (WOD) or a workout they may have missed during the previous week. This class is open to everyone. Anyone who wants to see what Thrive Fitness is all about or who wants to work on honing a particular skill or technique is welcome.
