Description: In the Method Class we utilize the
modalities of Pilates, ELDOA, and Feet-ness using minimal props and
maximum mind/body connection. This well-rounded class really
hits the mark on supporting the ENTIRE body. This is an
open-level class – tiers are provided to support the beginner
student and challenge the most advanced/dedicated
practitioner. Get ready for the ultimate total body
workout!
