<p>Join us for a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. This class will keep you moving! It will incorporate the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence). You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. All levels are welcome! Modifications are always taught to keep this class safe and accessible to everyone that wants to come in and work hard! </p>
