A 60 minute class; 30 minutes Indoor Cycling followed by 30
minutes of Vinyasa Yoga.
In this Energy 30/30, you'll find yourself motivated by rhythm
pedaling, an exciting and core blasting flow, and a loud, loving
voice that keeps you engaged.
Indoor Cycling is a low impact, cardiovascular workout.
Control your workout by adjusting the resistance and speed.
This is a great class for those looking to burn calories,
gain strength and endurance, stretch out those muscles, and most
importantly, find strength in themselves.
