This class is perfect for the first time pole dance student. No experience? No problem! We work with students on the basic foundational moves and techniques. Learn fun tricks on both static and spinning poles. Anybody and any BODY can do this class!
Students will be properly warmed-up using a variety of dance and conditioning styles, then learn basic pole work followed by dance and sequencing moves, ending with a proper cool-down and stretch.
Requirements: Students must be physically able to participate in an exercise program, be at least 18 years old, not pregnant. Students should also have an open mind and a sense of adventure!
Clothing: Shorts are necessary for pole classes and allow students to "stick" to the pole. Heels are optional. Please refrain from using lotion a few hours before class and leave jewelry at home that might get damaged by the poles.
