<p>This class is perfect for the first time pole dance student. No experience? No problem! <br />We work with students on the basic foundational moves and techniques. Learn fun tricks on both static and spinning poles. Anybody and any BODY can do this class! <br /><br />Students will be properly warmed-up using a variety of dance and conditioning styles, then learn basic pole work followed by dance and sequencing moves, ending with a proper cool-down and stretch. <br /><br />Requirements: Students must be physically able to participate in an exercise program, be at least 18 years old, not pregnant. Students should also have an open mind and a sense of adventure!<br /><br />Clothing: Shorts are necessary for pole classes and allow students to "stick" to the pole. Heels are optional.<br />Please refrain from using lotion a few hours before class and leave jewelry at home that might get damaged by the poles. </p>
