Standing and seated poses, arm work, forward bending, twisting, and introducing back bending are all components in most Yoga classes and Amy explores these with a foundation of lyegar Yoga. We will build strength and flexibility in all the right places with accessible options for everyBODY, for those bodies experiencing the effects of age and gravity, & also for those just dipping their toes into a more focused and intentional practice. This class is appropriate for students of any age who want to learn/practice the basic poses. </span></div>
