This class is an opportunity for those new to the gym to come
check out a free first class!
All classes can be modified to any fitness level and these
sessions will be designed for those new to our gym with fun in
mind. Your coach will lead you through a warm up and demo of the
workout and will offer advice and instruction on proper form and
intended stimulus. Please bring proper gym attire, clean indoor
shoes and a water bottle and show up 10 min prior to class start to
sign waivers, chat with the coach etc.
