The Mixed Level Reformer-Chair Class requires spinal flexibility, good abdominal control as well as wrist and shoulder stability and strength to be able to handle the more intermediate Pilates Reformer exercises. You must have taken at 15-20 Level 1 classes within 8 weeks time to be tagged for a Mixed Level Reformer Class. This class is not for the newcomer to Pilates or for someone who does not regularly attend Reformer Classes.</div>
