<p>This class is the perfect fusion of Yoga, Pilates & Hiit. The class starts on the mat, gently waking up the body with a yoga style warmup. Gradually increasing in intensity moving from yoga to toning and tightening Pilates exrcises, peaking in the middle with Cardio Hiit, before coming back to some lengthening & leaning Pilates work & ending with a yoga inspired cooldown.</p>
