You MUST be able to lift at least 35 lbs overhead repeatedly in order to take this class, as 35 lbs is the weight of the barbell without added plates. To verify this requirement, you need to schedule an eval with the instructor (email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule). The requirement will only be waived if you have taken at least 15-20 Strength & Stability or Kettlebell Strength classes within the past six months.
