<div>Could your tween use some time to unwind, relax, and get to know themselves? After school mindfulness and yoga in a calm studio setting is a great way for them to stretch their body and mind, get in touch with their inner selves, boost confidence and make new friends.</div>
<div>During each session, we will move through some traditional yoga movements including restorative poses and guided meditations. We will follow up movement with mindfulness journaling prompts and allow each student time to create responses in their provided journals.</div>
<div>A perfect class for students in grades 5, 6, 7 we will have dismissal any time between 4:45 to 5 pm.</div>
