Meditation is the practice of noticing and returning. Our breath provides a guide. Sensations in the body, thoughts that cloud the mind, and emotions that bring us pain may distract us from the breath, but the breath is always a place to return to for peace, calm, and recentering. Come join us for a variety of meditation practices - some classes will provide guided meditations, others a Yoga Nidra focus, while others will allow you to just be in a silent practice in community.
