Challenge yourself physically and mentally and learn how to
free your authentic self in this class taught by a Vinyasa yoga
teacher. The room is heated between 85 and 90 degrees which
allows tight muscles to soften and increases the heart rate. The
body eliminates toxins and the student must dive deep within for
strength. This is an all levels class and brand new students are
encouraged to take an Intro to Power Vinyasa class as well. Please
bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water with electrolytes in
it. The yoga shala sells all these items and rents them as
well.
