Welcome to our dance-inspired cardio fitness class! Come ready to move your body to whatever style of music hits the playlist: hip-hop, EDM, rap, trance, pop, and, of course, some timeless classics. Class includes at least one track of combined upper and lower body work (weights optional), and finished with core work and a stretch.
