<p>Our <span class="il">chill</span> <span class="il">play</span> sessions are for relaxation, restoration & stretching. Deep opening and gentle movement is what can be expected from this class. Postures are typically seated or lying down. Can be comparable to Yin yoga where poses/asanas can be held anywhere from 2-5minutes depending on day, guide, feeling at the moment. Cultivating awareness and release are key intentions. <span class="il">Chill</span> <span class="il">PLAY</span> is ideal for students new to yoga or the practitioner looking to relax.</p>
