60 Minute class led by Certified Personal Trainers! Classes will include a light warm-up with circuit-style programs focusing on the lower body, upper body, and some core work ending class with a light stretch. These classes will give you more knowledge anatomically and more confidence to go crush some workouts with heavier weights! This class is not beat-based, we will have background music and more of a 1-1 Style of Coaching while working through reps tweaking your form to achieve the best results! Equipment will be provided just bring a mat and indoor running shoes for support!
