<p>Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises that can be done sitting in a chair or standing. It is an 18 movement course. Benefits of qigong include lowered stress, and improved balance and flexibility. It also may reduce your risk of certain chronic diseases.</p>
<p>It works well with yoga. We start class with meditation, gentle stretch, standing yoga movements, qigong, tapping and ending with restorative yoga. A wonderful way to start the day</p>
