With the support of props, Restorative Yoga allows you to work with your body to tap into how it is feeling in the present moment using slow and intentional movement. Bring awareness and breath into your muscles and notice the subtle changes in your body as you relax into each pose. You’ll leave feeling in tune and rejuvenated! </p>
<p>This class encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Grab any blocks, blankets, pillows, and/or bolsters you might need to make yourself comfortable from home. </p>
