Vinyasa is a sequencing of Hatha Asanas (Postures) linked together utilizing a breath to movement pattern. This enhances circulating energy, cardiovascular health, moving meditation. The asanas will assist with both strengthening & flexibility and balancing of the nervous system.
Instructor will provide modficiations for beginners. And
will provide options for advnaced students. Please practice to your
own level.
