Length Strength & Release is a take on Pilates Mat or Pilates Reformer moves using the MELT™ Method techniques of understanding masses & spaces to create the length, strength and stability work necessary to do the moves. Notice the release is found when learning how to find the necessary stability to do the move. This class flows from one move to the next but it does take an understanding of Pilates Mat and the MELT™ Method to be successful.
