<p>Are you interested in pole dancing but don't know where to start? Is Level 1 intimidating to you? Then this 4 week series is for you. Each week for 4 weeks, we will be holding this class to introduce pole dancing to anyone interested. No experience of any kind is necessary. We will warm up, learn basics of pole dancing including safety and techniques, and we will stretch. Please wear shorts (the shorter the better), and t-shirt, tank top or sports bra. Please no jewelry on your hands or wrists. Also, please no hand or body lotions or oils that day. </p>
