Mat classes may incorporate Physioballs, bands, rollers, magic circles, light hand weights.
Must know the Classical Pilates Mat Flow at an intermediate/adv level. For instance: Roll Over, Neck Pull, Kneeling Side Kicks, Teaser I, II, & III.
