Movements will be offered to increase body awareness and strengthen the body to improve balance and prevent falls, all done in a welcoming and supportive environment with the goal of helping the student gain physical health benefits and improve confidence in activities of daily life. This class is appropriate for beginners, or for those looking for a more gentle mindful movement practice.</p>
