Ashtanga is a very dynamic form of yoga made up of a set series of postures or asanas. We will focus on the Primary Series and progress from there. Open to ALL LEVELS, this ancient style is rooted in Vinyasa with all asanas/movements linked to the breath. Modifications given for all levels, come as you are.
