This is all levels - all bodies - all ages - as a variety of weights are provided (2lb - 20 lb options). Go at your pace. No high impact. It is a sculpt fitness class - not a yoga class.
The main focus is on strength building, muscle endurance & core along with muscle endurance.
Each week will be a different format using stations, group weights, TRX, stability balls & fun sequencing. With this strong focus on that upper body & core, it gives those legs a much needed break with all the walking, hiking, running, biking, skiing, fat biking, gardening and cardio. Upper Body Sculpt class is a nice compliment to your regular activity and fitness regime.
