<p>Vinyasa Flow is a breath to movement sequence which will prepare your body for our peak advanced asana of the class. The instructor will guide you how to level up your practice and get into harder poses such as inversions, arm balances, jump throughs, and more difficult transitions.</p>
<p>Class is taught in a warm room (80 degrees)</p>
<p>Pre-requisite is Heated Vinyasa Level 2, knowledge of asanas, and athletic ability.</p>
