A 55 minute class Candle Light Restorative Yoga For Sleep is
for everyone from beginners to advance. It is a beautiful way
to help you calm down and sleep from a long day of stress. It will
improve your overall mobility and range of motion. Specifically for
the hips, pelvis and spine. During our Restorative practice we will
engage in a deep and peaceful practice using sustained passive
holds between 7-10 minutes each, designed to support and preserve
joint, bone and connective tissue health.
