<p>5Elements Flow is a dynamic vinyasa flow practice within the Kunga Yoga methodology developed by Kristin Cooper and inspired by the teachings of Ayurveda. 5Elements Water Flow is a full body vinyasa practice with an emphasis on shoulder opening and the six movements of the spine. The movements in Water Flow encourage the body to flow as liquid matter. The class helps to release stress, tightness and feelings of stiffness. Water Flow is an all levels class and the room is heated anywhere from 70-75 degrees. As in the other 5Elements classes, the pose sequence is always the same regardless of who is teaching the class. This is a beneficial feature for yogis who want to work continually on set postures and keep track of their progress.</p>
