It's more than just an exercise class for our lungs; we transform the body on a cellular level and awaken our nervous system to a deeper sense of home. Breathing exercises are taught in a way that honors each individual, and breathing collectively offers support not found when practicing alone. It's a beautiful space. Come breathe with us!</div>

<div>All levels welcome. Breathing exercises involve sitting, standing and lying down. Please let the instructor know if you have asthma, COPD, glaucoma, a history of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, fainting, seizures, long COVID, or any health condition that may respond adversely to exercise.</div>
