<p>This class combines the best of both worlds. A heat building asana vinyasa practice that warms and opens you, followed by calming, restorative poses. Transition through powerful poses and then rest into the support of your props. Expect 30-40 minutes of challenging standing postures paired with Vinyasa flow, followed by 20-30 minutes of yin and/or restorative postures. Flow and Restore is an intentional, mindful practice, that allows you to connect to your physical, mental, and emotional body. A balanced combination leaving the body and mind both calm and clear. - ALL LEVELS - Try Evolve Warm Flow + Restore for this class is in a lightly heated room, between 80-85 degrees. </p>
