<p>This family yoga class is designed for kids ages 5-9 with parent or caregiver to explore the practice of yoga in a nurturing and playful environment. Kids and their adult partners will learn yoga poses, yoga games, breathing practices and explore mindfulness and relaxation techniques that can benefit the whole family. Families will have a chance to connect in a meaningful and fun way, while having the opportunity to breathe, stretch and relax. Participants should each bring their own yoga mat.</p>
