Class Description
Kundalini Yoga as taught by the Kundalini Research Institute builds
awareness and tunes the nervous system. Each class will consist of
a kriya (or set of postures and exercises) and a short meditation.
Kundalini Yoga incorporates breath work, movement, asana
(postures), bandhas (energy locks), and mantra. This is an
experiential practice—come deepen your understanding of self!
75-minute class at room temperature. Bring a yoga mat and clothes you can move in. Never practice kundalini yoga while under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol—you'll be moving lots of energy! If you are pregnant, menstruating, or have any health concerns, please inform your teacher for modifications.
