This is a deeply relaxing practice. Students can expect the
poses to offer a gently deep stretch (yin), or a stable effortless
position where the body is invited to fully surrender to the
relaxation (restorative).and these poses are often held for around
3-8 minutes. The result is a powerful practice with very little
effort.
This practice is suitable for all levels of skill and experience, with many options and variations to suit different bodies.
This practice often uses multiple props: blocks, cushions, bolsters, belts, blankets, etc. It's recommended that students practicing from home have some variety of options to use.
