<p><strong>Is this class right for me?</strong><br />Can get up and down from the floor?<br />Lie on your back, sides and front without restriction?</p>
<p>This class is a perfect place to start your Pilates journey, in a small group, we will work on several pieces of apparatus including the Reformer, Chair, Tower, Barrels and Mats as well as working with small props such as the Magic circle: A true smorgasbord of Pilates! As you learn the fundamentals of the Classical Pilates technique, expect to feel stronger and more flexible, leaving the studio with a calmer, clear mind!</p>
<p>This class is not designed for rehabilitation, so if you have a major limitations or are injured, please contact us to discuss the best place to start.</p>
<p>It is not a suitable class for pregnancy unless you are a previous client of the studio.</p>
